To enter, entrants must undertake the following steps between 12:01 am AEST on 12/05/25 and 11:59pm AEST on 09/07/25 (Promotion Period):
- Purchase any two VB or Vodka Cruiser products or a jug to share from any participating venue to receive a game card;
- Visit stateoforiginvb.com.au and enter unique code on game card;
- Correctly input the requested details, including unique code from game card;
- Submit the fully completed online entry form.
1. How to Enter Buy any two VB or Vodka Cruiser drinks, or a jug to share, and you’ll receive a game card. 2. Submit Your Entry Scan the QR code on your game card. Enter your details, including the unique code, into the entry form. You’ll then receive two randomised game predictions:
- First Try Scorer (player number + team colour)
- Half Time Margin
3. Watch the Game If your First Try Scorer prediction is correct, you’ll win a minor prize! You will receive an email with a redemption link to show to bar staff at the same venue that you received the game card from. They’ll verify it on your device before handing you your prize. If your Half Time Margin prediction is right, you’ll automatically receive 5 bonus entries into the major prize draw! Please note: The Game Day/ minor prize promotion is only available to enter on these State of Origin match days:

The promotion runs from 12/05/25 at 12:01 AM AEST, with final entries closing on 09/07/25 at 11:59PM AEST.
Entry is open to people aged 18 years or over.
To be eligible for the chance to win, individuals must purchase any two VB or Vodka Cruiser products or a jug to share during the promotion period at participating venues displaying advertising for this promotion.
You will receive an on-screen confirmation message on the promotional website after you have entered your details, acknowledging that your entry has been received. You will also receive an automated entry email.
- Entrants of the 'Let the Game Decide' game for a minor prize will receive email confirmation by the end of the relevant State of Origin game if they won a minor prize.
- Major prize winner will be contacted via phone call and email.
No. Although multiple entries can be submitted during the promotion period, only one entry is permitted per person per day.
You must retain your game card with winning unique code.
If you don't produce the above proof of purchase for all entries when asked the promoter may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any right to a prize.
Proof of purchase must be identical to that provided by you with your entry.
If, in the promoter's opinion based on the available information, you have shared any proof of purchase with another person, your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to a prize.
The promotion is in Venues with specially marked posters and game cards, these may be in: NSW, VIC, WA, TAS, QLD, NT.
Major prize draw will take place on 10/07/25 at 12:00PM AEST. For minor prizes won via the 'Let the Game Decide' game, there will be no draw as winners of minor prizes are determined based on the game and will be notified via email at the end of the relevant State of Origin game if they have won a minor prize.
Minor prizing
- To claim a VB or Vodka Cruiser branded football (game days only): you will be notified if your assigned First Try Scorer prediction is successful by email. Click the claim prize link and show to bar staff. Bar staff must verify purchase by clicking the redeem button before handing over prize.
- To claim bonus entries for $50k major prize: this will happen automatically if your assigned Half Time margin prediction is successful. No further action is required.
Major Prize
- To claim the $50k major prize: somebody will be in touch via email with details if you're the major prize winner.
In the event that the major prize is not claimed by 12:00pm AEST on 11/08/25, the prize will be redrawn at 12:00pm AEST pm on 12/08/25. You must ensure you keep your proof of purchase should you be the unclaimed major prize draw winner.
- Minor prizes must be claimed within 14 days of notification.
- Major prize must be claimed by 11/08/25 at 12:00 PM AEST. In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be redrawn on 12/08/25 at 12:00 pm AEST.
In the case of a winner, prize winner(s) will be notified by email within seven (7) business days of the prize draw and their details published on 19/08/25.
